I've been trying to get hold of a copy of this for weeks! Waterstones and WhSmiths are unable to order it and Amazon do not have any stock, so I am pleased to see I have another chance.

Is there an option to pay with Paypal or by bank transfer when ordering direct from you?

Thanks
